Newsletter

Our bi-monthly newsletter, Diablo Descendants, is published six times per year and is included with every Membership.  Each issue includes:

•        The monthly Speakers’ lectures

•        Notices of upcoming local (Northern California) events

•        Society updates

•        Members’ stories and Lessons Learned

•        Early Contra Costa County birth and death Notices, miscellaneous vital statistics, school enrollment lists and Superior Court Probate lists.

•        “Tech Talk,” for the latest help and tips with computers, software, and other digital technology

•        Book Reviews

•        Upcoming Meeting information

•        Members’ Queries  (2 queries per year for Individual memberships, 4 for Family memberships)

•        President’s Message

If you would like to receive our newsletter please fill out and mail in our membership application.  The Diablo Valley Collage Library periodical department also has a complete collection of the Diablo Descendants archived.
